Most times, when to-do list and deadlines are queuing quite tightly, we need to set smart strategies to keep up with the load speed. Besides time management, one of the tricks is to wake up early.
For some people, to wake up early is important. Some meetings, appointments and big events might occur early in the morning, and we might miss important offers or even deals that are valuable.
These are some easy tips that might help us wake up early and fresh!
- Sleep early
If you have appointment at 5 a.m. in the morning, try to go to bed earlier than you usually do. If usually you start to drag your body to bed at 12 or 1 a.m., try to start lying on your bed at 10 or 11 p.m. This will help your body to rejuvenate and gain more strength.
- Exercise in the evening
If you do not have time to exercise in the morning, try to change your exercise schedule to after the working hour. Whenever you arrive home, motivate yourself and your body to move a bit, around 10 to 15 minutes per day. This will keep your body fresh, in a good shape. So does your mind.
- Drink milk before bed
For you who have difficulties or a hard time finding healthy food to be consumed everyday, try to drink a glass of milk before bed. This will replace the nutrition you need from vegetables and other healthy foods, also it will help you fall quicker to your quality-time bed.
- Arrange friendly weekly schedule
To deal with tight to-do list and deadlines, you must set a friendly schedule, so you would have some time to rest and spend quality time with friends and your loved ones. If let’s say you will have a tight schedule on Thursday and Friday, try to get more sleep during Monday to Wednesday.
- Drink water right after you wake up
After you wake up, grab two glasses of water to freshen your blood and body system.
- Eat healthy food once a day
Complete your habit by eating healthy food at least once a day.
